Every member of the Owasso Gathering on Main Board of Directors and Leadership Team is a volunteer. Just like you, they love their city. They’re excited to be part of something that adds value to their community.
We’re looking for other like-minded volunteers! Join us, as together, we create a fun, safe, family-friendly night of entertainment for our community that benefits business and brings people together.
Volunteers make the first impression with guests and vendors at the Gathering. They provide information, assistance, and a friendly atmosphere for all who attend.

VOLUNTEER POSSIBILITIES
Barricade Attendants greet vendors and provide them with information for successful check-in & load-in. Throughout the event, they are the friendly first face that welcomes people to the Gathering.
Volunteers at the Event Info Booth assist Guests of the Gathering by answering questions, selling Gathering Gear, and coordinating other volunteers throughout the event.
It’s amazing to see how quickly Main Street is transformed from a busy city street into an incredible street party! It happens quickly, but only with the help of volunteers.
Come early to help set up chairs, tables and other Gathering resources. Stay late to help pack up and clean up. Throughout the event these volunteers keep things clean, trash cans empty, and support all the work of the Gathering.
